Returns and refunds

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For one order delivered separately, the period starts when the final item arrives. Use order self-service or send a clear statement to rbasleris@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items.

Send goods back within 14 days of notifying us, to Robertas Basleris, Vaivos g. 19, LT-79215 Šiauliai, Lithuania. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect items. No restocking or withdrawal administration fee applies.

You may inspect goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. Statutory exceptions, such as personalised goods or unsealed hygiene goods, apply only when their legal conditions are met and disclosed before purchase.

We reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard delivery option offered, by the original payment method within 14 days of withdrawal notice. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return are received, whichever occurs first. Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee for EU consumers. Supplier fulfilment does not remove our responsibility.
