Shipping

Suppliers dispatch directly to customers. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Available destinations, shipping charges, and delivery estimates appear in product information and at checkout. Free shipping applies only where checkout shows a zero charge. Unless another period is agreed, consumer goods are delivered within 30 days of the contract.

Tracking is provided when received from the carrier. Contact SparkSupply about delayed, missing, or damaged parcels. We remain responsible for fulfilment; risk passes when the goods are physically received. Applicable import charges and additional costs are disclosed before ordering. Including shipping in the item price does not itself mean import charges are prepaid.
